Tasty Paneer Tikka Masala Restaurant Style Recipe   Paneer Tikka masala is a traditional North Indian recipe which is rich in proteins and vitamin. Paneer is a good source of proteins and fiber so it’s good for health. Paneer Tikka Masala is the most delicious recipe which should be tried at least once for its amazing taste and aroma.  Step by step process of preparing Paneer Tikka and Gravy masala.   Ingredients for Paneer Tikka:   Mustard oil - 2 tbsp Gram flour/Beasan - 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1/2 tbsp  After Cooling Tikka Masala Add Below Ingredients:  Jeera powder - 1/2 tbsp Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp , Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp,  Chat masala - 1 tbsp, Salt - as per taste, Ginger & garlic paste - 1 tbsp ,Dried fenugreek leaves -1/2 tbsp, Curds - 4 tbsp, Lemon juice - 1 tbsp, Capsicum green & yellow - 10 pieces, Onion – 1 shelled,  Paneer - 200gms    Ingredients for Smoky Flavor:  Water - 1/2 cup, Charcoal - 1 pieces (for smoky taste), Oil - 1/2 tbsp    Ingredients

Easy Chicken Spring Rolls with Home made Sheet

                                Chicken Spring rolls Recipe

  Today's special recipe is chicken spring rolls which is very easy to make and its Healthy which contain lot of nutrition's. 

 


  • The ingredients required for chicken spring rolls. 

 All purpose flour 2 cups, Salt 1 tablespoon, oil 1 tablespoon,  carrot 1 cup, capsicum 1 cup, cabbage 1/2 cup, boiled and shredded chicken 250g, salt 1 tablespoon, black pepper powder 1 tablespoon, vinegar 1/2 tablespoons, soya sauce 1.5 tablespoons, Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon and red chilly Sause.

Let’s boil 250 g of chicken by adding 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste,1/2 tablespoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon black pepper powder Mix it well and boil it for 10 minutes. Once it is cooked let it cool down and shred.


  • Method to prepare all Purpose flour sheet.

 In a blow add 2 cups of all purpose flour add 1 tablespoon salt and water seeing the consistency mix it well and make dough. Keep this dough aside for 10 minutes. Make three small size rolls from the dough and attach it one upon the other by spreading some oil now bake it on a pan for three minutes. Now separate the layers slowly one by one all purpose flour sheets are ready to use.


  •  Method to prepared the Fillings for chicken spring roll. 

In a pan add oil, carrot, capsicum, cabbage and cook for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame now add boiled and shredded chicken add salt, black pepper powder, vinegar soya sauce mix them well and let it cook for 7-8 minutes now filling is ready.



  • Let's assemble everything now. 

In a bowl take 2 tablespoons of white flour and add some water and make a paste we will use this to bind our sheet.  The sheets which we have already prepared cut it into a square shape into small pieces put the filling on it and apply flour based on all the sides of the sheet and fold it tightly. Repeat the same procedure for all the rolls.

  • Our last step is frying the chicken rolls. 

Add some 3 cups of oil in a pan and let it get heated. Deep fry the chicken spring rolls until it becomes golden brown. 



Once it's cooked place it into a plate and serve it with tomato sauce.
