Easy Rosbora/Semolina Sweet
Rosbora sweet is a traditional Bengali famous sweet.
Let's start how to prepare Rosbora Sweet.

- Ingredients for Rosbora.
1 tablespoon ghee,
1/2 cup semolina/Soji,
3/4 cup milk,
1/4 tablespoon cardamom powder,
1/4 tablespoon baking soda.
- Ingredients to prepare sugar syrup.
1 cup sugar,
1 cup water,
1/4 tablespoon cardamom powder.
- Method to prepare Rosbora sweet.
Add 1 tablespoon ghee in the pan and heat it for 20 seconds then add Semolina and fry for 4 - 5 minutes on low flam. Gradually add 3/4 cup milk as you stir it well once its cooked transfer to the plate and set aside once the semolina has dough consistency. Let it cool for sometime.
- Let's prepare the sugar syrup.
In a pan add 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water and boil it well add 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and let it boil all together for 10 minutes now the syrup is ready keep it aside.
Add milk powder to the semolina dough And cardamom powder knead for 6 - 7 minutes and add 2 tablespoons milk and mix well. Make small flat round shaped balls with 1/2 inch thickness and deep fry in cooking oil until it's golden brown. Transfer the fried semolina to the syrup pot see that sugar syrup is hot enough and let it soak well for 15 minutes. Easy Tasty Rosbora/ Semolina sweet is ready to serve.
